WTCI conducts scheduled board meetings that are open to the public. WTCI meetings are held at WTCI Station, located at 7540 Bonnyshire Dr., Chattanooga, TN 37416

Tennessee Public Broadcast Council ("TPTC"):
WTCI is a member of the Tennessee Public Broadcast Council. TPTC is made up of the public broadcast television stations which operate in the State of Tennessee.
TPTC conducts scheduled board meetings that are open to the public, and are held virtually. In person meetings are held at at WTCI station, located at 7540 Bonnyshire Drive, Chattanooga, TN 37416 or at the Nashville Public Television (WNPT-TV), 161 Rains Avenue, Nashville, TN 37203.
The six Tennessee stations are Memphis (WKNO), Martin/Lexington/Jackson (WLJT), Nashville (WNPT), Cookeville (WCTE), Knoxville/Sneedville (East TN PBS), and Chattanooga (WTCI).
The TPTC meeting schedule is:
- Friday February 10, 2023 at 1:00 PM EST
- Tuesday, May 2, 2023 at 12:00 PM EST
- Tuesday August 1, 2023 at 12:00 PM EST
- Tuesday, November 7, 2023 at 12:00 PM EST
